I’ve lived in Virginia since 2000, but was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.
After graduating from WLAC in California, I studied studio arts through UCLA’s extension arts program, and concurrently I studied graphic design as a career option. I subsequently worked as a graphic artist over a twenty year period both in California and eight years in Virginia. Current creative pursuits consist primarily in painting and urban sketching.

Why is that? My current abstract paintings develop around this and other questions, and through a personal process which results in the tiniest of visual stories. I’m fascinated by these personal interior stories, and curious about relationships, boundaries, and visual uncertainties.
